MASSAGE

Therapeutic Massage Connective \ Deep Tissue CranioSacral Therapy

Introductory session – $30
This half-hour session is a great introduction to massage therapy, and
a good way to focus on specific problem areas.

Standard session – $55
One hour session. Full Body Swedish, CranioSacral Therapy (CST) or an
integration of techniques can be used. The standard session allows
time for attention to problem areas and supporting structures.

Extended session – $80
One-and-a-half hour session. The whole body is assessed and addressed
with integrated techniques that focus attention on the physiological
and energetic structures. A fine balance of thorough, focused work to
muscle and connective tissue and overall relaxation, relief, balance
and rejuvenation.

The Ultimate Session – $100
Two hour session. Integrates all techniques and allows time to
thoroughly address problem areas and supporting structures as well as
techniques to restore and relax the body, mind and soul.

Three standard sessions – $150
For new clients, this is a great opportunity to gain understanding of
your body and address areas of discomfort and pain. Each session
builds on the previous one in order to align, maintain and relieve.
Three standard sessions help give you a sense of how effective regular

What is Acupuncture?

• Begin with only 15 minutes in the sauna . After a few sessions, only if you feel well enough to do so, you may increase to 30 or 45 minutes. Use a sauna twice a week to twice a day.
