Our InfraRed Sauna

Our TheraSauna is the only FIR Sauna made in the USA. The Cabinet is hand crafted of clean Sitka wood and no glue! The TheraSauna generates gentle radiant heat which directly warms your body - not the air around it. As cooler air temps are better, this allows you to absorb more rediant heat into the skin and muscle where it counts.
     
We’ve added pwerful 640 nm Near Infra Red, and 850nm Red LED  panels to expand the spectrum. The LED light penetrates your body to increase cellular ATP, heal the skin and generate collagen. This light improves natural immunity and blood circulation, joint pain is eased, and fatigue reduced with this simple system.  The science on photo-biomodulation with Red, Near Infrared, and Far IR light is stunning.   

You can choose how hot you would like your session to be.

Bodylogic will supply towels and water.  Shower facilities are available.  Do not eat before the sauna – high blood flow through the skin can interfere with digestion process.

ATP levels are elevated and systemic inflammation reduced

Whole body ATP declines with age only after approximately seven weeks [14], when ATP was measured here. ATP concentrations were significantly greater, by approximately 80%, in 670 nm exposed animals compared with unexposed (figure 1a, Mann–Whitney test p = 0.028).
