Spot Treat Session – $34
This half-hour session is a great introduction to massage therapy, and a good way to focus on specific problem areas.
Standard Session – $63
60 minute session. Full Body Swedish, CranioSacral Therapy (CST) or an integration of techniques can be used. The standard session allows time for attention to problem areas and supporting structures.
Myoskeletal Alignment Technique – $84
60 minute session. The M.A.T. system brings advanced therapeutic strategies to relieve, and ultimately correct, patterns in the body that lead to pain and deterioration. With M.A.T. therapy, clients can be free from pain, avoiding invasive surgery or toxic pain medications. Relaxing and deeply therapeutic.
Extended Session – $93
90 minute session. The whole body is assessed and addressed with integrated techniques that focus attention on the physiological and energetic structures. A fine balance of thorough, focused work to muscle and connective tissue and overall relaxation, relief, balance and rejuvenation.
The Ultimate Session – $143
120 minute session. Integrates all techniques and allows time to thoroughly address problem areas and supporting structures as well as techniques to restore and relax the body, mind and soul.

Three Standard Sessions – $174

For new clients, this is a great opportunity to gain understanding of your body and address areas of discomfort and pain. Each session builds on the previous one in order to align, maintain and relieve. Three standard sessions help give you a sense of how effective regular bodywork is, and how a series of sessions over time is the best way to address recurring problems.
